01Subscriptions
- Cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your Site stays live until then.
- We do not refund part-used periods except where required by law or where we have failed to provide the service in a material way.
- Annual plans may be cancelled for the next renewal. Mid-term refunds are considered only where the service was materially unavailable.
- Downgrades apply at the next billing period; upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro rata.
- After cancellation your hosted data is available for export for 30 days, then deleted.
02Consumer cancellation rights
If you buy as a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. Because digital products and hosted services are supplied immediately, at checkout you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once supply has begun.
- For downloads and Code Drops, the right to cancel is lost once the download begins.
- For hosted plans, if you cancel within 14 days and provisioning has begun, we may charge for the proportion of the period already supplied.
- Business customers are not covered by these consumer rights.
03Source licences and Code Drops
- One-off codebase purchases are non-refundable once the repository has been accessed or the archive downloaded.
- We will refund in full where the product was never delivered, where access could not be granted, or where the product is materially different from its listing.
- Dissatisfaction with architecture, stack choice or the amount of work needed to customise a codebase is not grounds for a refund. Check the listing, screenshots and demo before buying.
- Refunds on Creator-sold products are handled through the dispute process below and may be recovered from the Creator's payout balance.
04Domains
- Domain registrations, renewals, transfers and redemption fees are non-refundable once submitted to the registry. This is a registry rule, not a discretionary one.
- If a registration fails and the domain is never issued, we refund the full amount charged.
- If you cancel your XPRE plan, any domain you own remains yours and can be transferred to another registrar, subject to registry lock periods and any unpaid balance.
- Auto-renewal can be turned off in the domains dashboard. If you turn it off and the domain expires, restoration fees are your responsibility.
05Marketplace orders and disputes
For goods and services bought from other users, raise a dispute in-platform first. We may hold funds, mediate, order a refund, or release the payment based on the evidence.
- Open a dispute within 30 days of delivery or of the expected delivery date.
- Provide order details, messages and evidence such as photos or delivery tracking.
- Where we are not the seller, we act as intermediary and payment facilitator, not as a guarantor of the underlying contract.
06Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly. Where a chargeback is raised we may suspend the account and associated Sites while it is investigated, and we may recover the disputed amount and any processor fee from your balance if the claim is found to be unwarranted.
07How to request a refund
Email support@xpre.ai with your account email, the order or invoice reference and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically clear within 5–10 working days. This policy sits alongside the Terms & Conditions and does not affect your statutory rights.
