Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone using XPRE: account holders, their team members, Creators selling on the marketplace, and the end users of any Site deployed on our infrastructure. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for the conduct of your own users.

You may not use XPRE to host, sell, distribute or facilitate:

• Content that is illegal in the UK or in any market you serve.
• Child sexual abuse material, or any content sexualising minors — reported to authorities without notice.
• Content promoting terrorism, extreme violence, or self-harm.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
• Counterfeit goods, stolen goods, weapons, controlled drugs, or other restricted items.
• Fraudulent schemes, pyramid or Ponzi structures, fake reviews or engagement.

You may not upload, sell or deploy material you do not have the right to use. That includes code, artwork, card imagery, trade marks, fonts, video and music. Rights holders can report infringement to support@xpre.ai; we operate a notice-and-takedown process and repeat infringers lose their accounts.

• No malware, ransomware, cryptominers, botnets, phishing kits or credential harvesters.
• No attempts to access other tenants' data, escalate privileges, bypass row-level security, or interfere with isolation between Sites.
• No denial-of-service, scraping at abusive rates, or circumvention of rate limits and quotas.
• Security testing against your own Site is permitted; testing against shared platform infrastructure requires our prior written consent. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to support@xpre.ai rather than exploiting them.

• Only send email to recipients who have consented or with whom you have a genuine existing relationship.
• Every marketing message must identify the sender and include a working unsubscribe.
• No purchased lists, harvested addresses, or forwarding of suppressed contacts.
• Keep bounce and complaint rates within industry norms; we may throttle or disable sending to protect deliverability for everyone on the platform.
• Transactional templates must not be used to disguise marketing.

Some categories are allowed only where you hold the necessary licences and implement the required controls, and we may ask for evidence before allowing them on hosted plans:

• Gambling, betting, prize draws and loot-box style mechanics.
• Adult content, which must be age-gated and lawful in every market you serve.
• Financial services, lending, investment products and crypto-asset trading.
• Pharmaceuticals, supplements, alcohol, tobacco and vaping products.
• Anything involving the personal data of children.

• Hosted plans include fair-use allowances for bandwidth, storage, compute, streaming minutes, AI usage and email volume.
• Do not use hosted Sites as generic file storage, proxies, VPN endpoints, or for bulk media distribution unrelated to your product.
• Sustained excessive usage may be throttled, and we will contact you about moving to an appropriate plan.

• List only items you own and can deliver, describe them accurately, and honour completed sales.
• No shill bidding, price manipulation, off-platform payment solicitation to avoid fees, or fake dispute claims.
• Live broadcasts must follow the same content rules; no unlicensed third-party streams, and no encouraging under-18 participation in age-restricted activity.
• Community posts, comments and direct messages must not be used for spam, scams or abuse.

• Do not use platform AI to generate illegal content, impersonate real people, or produce deceptive material.
• Do not submit personal data, credentials or confidential third-party information you are not entitled to share.
• Do not attempt to extract system prompts, model weights, or bypass safety controls.

Where we find a breach we will normally escalate in this order:

• Warning, with a defined window to fix the problem.
• Removal of specific content, listings or sending ability.
• Suspension of the Site or account.
• Termination, forfeiture of pending payouts where fraud is involved, and referral to law enforcement or the relevant registry.

For severe breaches — illegal content, attacks on infrastructure, fraud, or risk to other customers — we will act immediately without prior warning. Report abuse to support@xpre.ai.
